In collaboration with Draper Noxon Architecture

An early-stage feasibility study for a local government.

The exercise was to explore opportunities for transformation, adaptation and long-term value through strategic analysis, spatial testing and design investigation

The study considered existing conditions, future requirements and the balance between ambition, practicality and investment.

Working across multiple sites and complex project parameters, the process brought together architectural thinking, strategic planning and high-level cost considerations to establish a clear framework for decision-making.

The outcome was a considered assessment of opportunities, constraints and potential pathways forward, providing a foundation for future planning and investment.
